Start with accepted value
High-volume areas show where trading was concentrated. Think of them as areas the market spent time agreeing on price. When price returns, it may pause, react, or become accepted again.
Notice thinner areas
Low-volume areas show less trading. Price can move through them more quickly, but it does not have to. Treat them as an area to watch, not a prediction.
Put price in context
Price above a major accepted area may be extended. Price returning toward a value area may offer a place to watch for confirmation. Direction and momentum still matter.
Keep the limitation visible
A high-volume area is not guaranteed support. A low-volume area is not guaranteed a fast move. Price behavior decides whether an idea is working.
