What it answers
Volume Profile shows where the most trading happened. Those areas can matter because price often pauses, reacts, or gets accepted again around them.
How to read it
A high-volume node is an area where the market spent time and accepted price. A low-volume area is thinner and price may move through it faster. Above value, price may be extended. At or near value, watch for reaction and confirmation.
Simple example
The 10/21 cloud is bullish, but price is far above a major high-volume area. Instead of forcing a chase, wait to see whether price pulls back toward value and holds.
What it does not tell you
A high-volume area is not guaranteed support or resistance. Price still has to confirm.
