Direction: the 10/21 EMA cloud is rising. Location: price pulled into a prior value area instead of being chased at an extended point. Timing: RSI stops weakening and price reclaims a short-term level. Context can support this read, but it cannot replace it.
Vehicle choice
Stand down if price loses the pullback low or confirmation never arrives. Swing if the chart confirms and the planned hold is measured in days or weeks. LEAP only if the longer thesis, liquidity, duration, and contract risk make sense. CSP only at a strike where assignment on the quality name is acceptable and collateral is available.
Invalidation level
The invalidation is below the pullback low shown in the chart. If price breaks and holds below that area, the original structure is no longer intact. That is information, not a reason to negotiate with the chart.
Size is risk, not conviction
Risk is defined before entry. The position must fit the distance to invalidation and the loss you have already decided is acceptable if the thesis fails. A cleaner chart does not earn a larger position by itself.
